Why Aina

A practical vision,
ready to lead.

Build on the work already happening, listen to members across chapters, and create programs that help more women contribute and lead.

My vision is practical: build on the work already happening, listen to members across chapters, and create programs that help more women contribute and lead.

Through my SANA service, I've worked to support women's participation and community connection. I'm ready to bring that experience to the North American Executive Council.

My Vision

Four
priorities.

Practical steps to help Sindhi women and girls connect, learn and take part in SANA.

01 · Mentorship

Let's create a mentorship pilot

Connect women and girls with volunteer mentors who can share experience, guidance and encouragement.

02 · Resources

Let's make resources easier to find

Create a simple online resource hub for opportunities, events, learning resources and ways to connect across SANA.

03 · Leadership

Let's grow women's leadership

Offer workshops and speaking opportunities that help women build skills and take a more active role in their communities and SANA.

04 · Partnerships

Let's explore partnerships to support women and girls in Sindh

Work with trusted community partners to identify practical ways to support education, opportunity and participation.

My First 90 Days

Listen, connect,
begin.

A clear, step-by-step start, shaped by what women across SANA chapters say matters most.

Days 31 – 60

Organize

Bring together chapter representatives and volunteers to map existing mentorship, leadership, education and community resources.

Days 61 – 90

Begin

  • Start a small mentorship pilot
  • Host the first leadership session
